With a Money Market Account, you are limited by law to six (6) third-party transactions, no more than three (3) of which can be checks. The other three (3) transactions can be preauthorized drafts or automatic transfers to other accounts. There are no legal limitations on the number of transfers or withdrawals made by mail, in person, or at an ATM.
If transactions exceed the legal limit, there will be a $5 fee per transaction.
